Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to post guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and resident traffic, assist with visitor entry procedures, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed; Document daily activities, incident information, and maintenance-related observations, and share relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
