Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies, helping to support controlled entry at the location; Assist public employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions, information, and general support while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions and potential risks
