Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies; Communicate with local staff, supervisors, and emergency responders during incidents, disturbances, or medical events, following post orders and established reporting procedures
