Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or situations that may require assistance from store leadership or first responders.; Support loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting concerns, and helping with access control and after-hours security-related checks as directed by site procedures.
