Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the front desk of a financial services location; Monitor lobby and reception area activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to control access in accordance with site protocols; Answer phones, assist employees and guests with directions and general information, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or visitor concerns; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document details through required reports and logs; Support a professional front desk presence by maintaining awareness of entry points, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and following post orders and client instructions
