Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry points, badge access activity, and visitor movement in support of established access control practices for a technology-focused location; Communicate with site contacts, teammates, and/or local responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters as needed
