Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.; Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and visitor information, and maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day lobby operations while helping to uphold location rules, reporting procedures, and professional front desk standards.; Observe cameras, alarm activity, and lobby conditions from the assigned post, document security-related concerns, and report maintenance, access, and/or life emergency issues according to site protocols.
