The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's Operations Systems & Training department is seeking an energetic and innovative Technical Trainer to join their cutting-edge team! As a Technical Trainer I you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training to new and existing employees in all areas of court operations and official records, i.e. Circuit/County Civil, Circuit/County Criminal, Unified Family Court, Jury, Recording, Record Services and Branch locations. Associate's degree in business administration, Education, Communications or related field, supplemented by one (1) year of recent and relevant experience.
Additional experience is accepted as a minimum requirement in lieu of a post-secondary degree on the following basis: additional four (4) years in lieu of a bachelor's degree, and additional two (2) years in lieu of an associate degree.
Automated systems technical training experience and working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Articulate, Vyond, Prezi and Canva preferred.
