Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, outages, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or first responders when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns in required reports
