Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and general order throughout the location.; Assist with de-escalation, directions, and routine assistance requests while maintaining a professional presence and supporting day-to-day operations.
