Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests in line with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Support front desk operations by answering general questions, maintaining detailed activity and visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Assist with monitoring entry points, reception systems, and communication channels for a fast-paced technology-focused location while providing a professional presence and service-oriented approach.
