Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and control access for authorized staff, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site procedures.; Support government facility operations by reporting hazards, unusual activity, and/or maintenance concerns, and by assisting with post orders, communications, and incident follow-up.
