Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, observe tenant and visitor activity, and document security-related incidents, disturbances, and/or policy violations in accordance with site expectations.; Support day-to-day operations by assisting with access control, answering questions, providing directions, and reporting hazards or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
