Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and guests.; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
