We have an opportunity available for a PowerPlatform Developer to support our Government Services team to help modernize mission-critical applications at the U.S. Department of State. You'll evaluate existing .NET and SharePoint apps, reimagine them through Power Platform, and guide users toward intuitive, future-ready solutions that empower the mission. Responsibilities:
• Assess & Strategize: Analyze legacy apps (primarily .NET and SharePoint) to determine modernization paths—refactor, rebuild, or replace using Power Platform.
• Design & Develop: Create end-to-end Power Apps and Power Automate workflows leveraging Dataverse, M365, and external data sources.
• Prototype with Purpose: Build quick, functional proofs of concept that demonstrate the “art of the possible” with low-code innovation.
• Enable & Empower: Support business users and citizen developers to extend, maintain, and optimize their apps.
• Document & Educate: Produce clear, concise documentation and deliver hands-on training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Champion Best Practices: Lead by example—ensure your builds follow scalable architecture, strong UX/UI design, data governance, and security compliance.
