Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, production-adjacent areas, and exterior perimeters; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or policy violations by observing activity, verifying credentials when required, and documenting security-related concerns; Support loss prevention and site operations by watching for suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd and/or traffic flow, and communicating clearly during routine activities and critical situations
