Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout transit facilities, parking areas, platforms, buildings, and/or perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or public-facing spaces, verifying authorized access, checking credentials when required, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with post orders; Support day-to-day operations by remaining visible on location, assisting with directional questions, observing for policy violations, and following Allied Universal procedures for incident reporting and escalation
