Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or property concerns.; Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed to support daily operations.; Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and assist with directions, information, and other customer service needs across the location.
