Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor access points and observe visitor and vendor activity, providing directions and assistance while helping to support site rules and property expectations.; Support daily operations at a high-traffic commercial property by communicating clearly with guests and staff, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and/or assisting with crowd and line management when needed.
