Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public outdoor cultural location.; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, guests, and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout walking paths, gathering areas, facilities, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.; Monitor entry points, public spaces, and/or restricted areas to help support posted rules, assist with directional guidance, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.; Complete routine reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and help support special events, high-traffic periods, and closing procedures as directed.
