    Senior Analyst Military Position

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Army Leadership Training and Development Support Senior Analyst to join our professional team, providing Mission Command and Leadership training productsand services for a Mission Training Complex (MTC) on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    • Provide United States Army Mission Command and Leadership instruction, typically small group format to Soldiers, Leaders, and Department of the Army Civilians.
    • Create Leadership Training and Development classes and Programs of Instruction.
    • Create Army Mission Command classes and Programs of Instruction.
    • Conduct Video Interviews with Army Leaders to discuss a range of Leadership and Mission Command topics.
    • Serve as project lead to design, develop, and produce multimedia products documenting Leadership and Mission Command Lessons Learned as units prepare for operational deployments or major events, deploy and execute their assigned missions, and subsequently redeploy to home station.
    • Coordinate directly with units residing at JBLM to analyze Leadership training requirements and develop a broad range of training solutions that best support Commander's Leader Development Programs.
    • Research all aspects of Army and civilian community Leadership and Mission Command best practices and techniques.
    • Assist in maintaining relevancy and currency of the Leadership Training and Development Team products, services, webpages, and reference library.
    • As required provide Simulated Command Post Exercise Support to enable the training audiences' training objectives at all exercise events by being knowledgeable in all areas of the exercise control group operations, to include the event scenario, the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), the Area of Responsibility, and the role and responsibilities of component response cells.
    Requirements-
    • Successfully served as a Sergeant Major, or Command Sergeant Major, or Battalion Executive Officer, or Battalion Commander.
    • Experience in training U.S. Army Leaders, at platoon through brigade levels.
    • Proficient with current U.S. Army Doctrine: Unified Land Operations, Mission Command, Training Units and Developing Leaders, and Army Leadership.
    • Experienced and able to lead group discussions and facilitate Socratic-style learning. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint software programs.
    • Completed U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, or Sergeants Major Academy, or equivalent. - Operations assignment at brigade or above desired. - Completion of U.S. Army Battle Staff Course desired.
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Master's Degree preferred. - Completed U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, or Sergeants Major Academy, or equivalent.
    • Have a current Secret Security Clearance
