Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Monitor communication channels, receive calls for service, and dispatch field personnel to incidents, maintenance issues, and/or priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Document incidents, service requests, and daily activity in dispatch logs and reporting systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel; Support access control and after-hours activity by verifying authorized entry requests, coordinating visitor or vendor notifications, and relaying relevant information to on-site staff; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting dispatch operations across changing conditions at the location
