    ** Key Responsibilities**

    • ** Case Preparation:** Gathering evidence, reviewing files, conducting legal research, and interviewing witnesses.
    • ** Court Appearances:** Experienced in arguing motions, selecting jurors, and delivering opening/closing statements.
    • ** Litigation Strategy:** Experienced in Developing compelling narratives, examining and cross-examining witnesses, and anticipating opposing counsel's moves.
    • ** Client Advocacy:** Advising clients on legal strategies, negotiating settlements, and protecting client rights.
    • ** Administrative Work:** Filing legal documents, preparing scheduling orders, and maintaining case records.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • ** Education:** A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a state bar license.
    • ** Communication:** Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
    • ** Analytical Ability:** Strong legal research and critical thinking skills to analyze complex cases.
    • ** Experience:** 3-5 years trial experience with jury and bench trials.

    ** Benefits:**

    • Health, life and disability insurance along with 401(k). Salary commensurate with experience.
