Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols throughout the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency response situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking lots, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with crowd flow during busy periods, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns according to post procedures.; Support loss prevention and property protection efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, helping to deter unauthorized access, and communicating professionally with patrons and/or employees.
