Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a luxury retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with management and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor customer and employee traffic, support loss prevention awareness, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts; Assist with opening and closing activities, help maintain an orderly environment, and follow post orders and retail location protocols while presenting a professional presence
