Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and report access concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.; Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and communicating clearly during routine activities and/or unexpected events.
