Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized activity by observing site conditions, verifying credentials as required, and reporting unusual behavior and/or maintenance concerns.; Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and on-site personnel regarding security-related matters.
