Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures, and help to address disturbances, policy violations, and/or after-hours issues according to site guidelines; Support Allied Universal and location management by communicating clearly with guests, staff, and first responders during incidents, medical calls, and/or other urgent situations
