Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify and report security-related concerns or maintenance issues; Monitor entry and exit activity, observe building conditions, and complete routine reports to help support daily operations and security-related awareness at the location; Assist with directing visitors, answering questions, and addressing routine concerns while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property
