Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe onsite activity, and communicate with management and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related issues or unusual conditions
