East Coast Marine is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious marine travel lift/yard laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating or assisting with marine travel lifts, slings, and rigging equipment, performing hull and engine blocking, chocking, and basic vessel handling in a busy boatyard environment. Responsibilities include moving and securing vessels of various sizes, performing routine yard maintenance, assisting technicians with launches and haul-outs, and adhering to all safety and environmental procedures. Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under supervision and as part of a crew are required; prior marine yard experience and relevant certifications (rigging, forklift, OSHA) are a plus.
