    Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.     Responsibilities
    • Performs duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities.
    • Exercises good judgment to identify suspicious guests or team members, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures.
    • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
    • Monitors all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area. Notifies appropriate party of suspicious behavior.
    • Records and reports on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior.
    • Maintains and updates accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity.
    • Reviews taped incidents to identify gaming problems.
    • Sets up and maintains control standards book, alert files, and other departmental documentation.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Video Surveillance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Knowledge of loss prevention and video surveillance techniques a plus.
    • Must understand and speak the English language.
    • Must be able to use a PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, DVR, camera, and other surveillance equipment.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
