Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help manage access, observe visitor activity, and report issues involving trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or suspicious behavior.; Support daily operations by providing directions, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and other site issues according to post procedures.
