Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public agencies, and/or site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, check credentials and/or access permissions where required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.; Assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and directional support during peak travel periods, special events, alarms, and/or operational disruptions at the location.
