Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitor and vehicle entry, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries according to site protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and sharing details with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct assigned patrols of entry points, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, docks, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Complete required reports and maintain accurate logs related to access activity, incidents, inspections, and other security-related observations during each shift
