Summary
Allied Universal - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.; Monitor access to the location by verifying visitors, observing entry and exit activity, and following site protocols for deliveries, guests, and/or vendors.; Support a respectful environment within the shelter setting by addressing rule-related concerns, providing directions, and communicating professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
