Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, manage visitor processing, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activities, observations, and/or unusual events in accordance with site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access control concerns, unsecured entry points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up; Communicate with site personnel and/or supervisors regarding access requests, disruptions, and security-related matters while supporting orderly movement throughout the location
