Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and common spaces to deter unauthorized activity and report suspicious activity; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report conditions to management; Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff during security procedures and emergencies; Complete routine reports and shift activity logs and communicate with tenants, visitors, and staff as appropriate
