Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a corporate technology location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and following site protocols for entry, deliveries, and/or contractor access; Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal procedures
