Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout government location grounds, buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, while assisting with visitor direction and general information requests.; Observe and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, and communicate with local contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
