Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular armed patrols throughout offices, public-facing areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entrances, screening points, and/or restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations; Support daily operations by providing directions and assistance, maintaining a visible presence, and completing required reports related to security-related activities and site events
