Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access where required, and assist with directing people in accordance with post orders and location protocols; Support daily operations by communicating clearly with the public, assisting with crowd and/or traffic flow, and following established procedures during alarms, medical calls, and other service-related events
