Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions, concerns, and/or disruptions according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues; Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries while following location procedures for industrial operations; Document daily activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or hazard observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed
