Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility facility grounds, buildings, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with location procedures and/or posted requirements; Support daily operations by observing equipment yards, parking areas, and other sensitive locations, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts
