Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a commercial office location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, perimeter, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, visitor traffic, and after-hours activity in accordance with site procedures, offering directions and assistance while helping to support a professional environment.; Assist with alarm response, door checks, and routine inspections of assigned areas, noting maintenance, life-related, and/or security-related issues for follow-up.
