Security Officer Front Desk Attendant

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial services location.; Monitor lobby and reception areas, manage visitor access and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and adherence to post instructions.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support employees, guests, and vendors with a professional approach while documenting arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity as required.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.; Complete assigned reports, logs, and front desk records accurately and promptly while following confidentiality expectations and location-specific protocols.
