Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access as directed by site policies, and report security-related concerns or policy violations.; Document observations, incidents, and daily activities, and assist with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs as appropriate for the location.
