Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help support security-related operations, visitor screening, and adherence to property rules and posted requirements.; Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and notable conditions, and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.
