Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location; Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, loading areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, and support orderly movement throughout the location in accordance with post instructions; Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or the public regarding security-related concerns, policies, and incident response needs while maintaining a professional presence
