Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities within a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site rules; Support staff, visitors, and the public with directions, information, and other security-related assistance while maintaining awareness of changing conditions at the location
